How do I reset my master password?

Your master password cannot be reset. If you forget it, you will need to delete your vault and create a new one.

Is my data backed up?

Yes, your encrypted data is automatically backed up to our secure servers. You can access it from any device with your master password. If you forgot your master password, you will not be able to access your data. Not even Guard can access your data if you forget your master password.
